Sensory Sprouts is a free pilot program for children ages 2–4 that uses small-group nature-based occupational therapy to build regulation, coordination, and confidence.
Each session includes forest play, movement activities, and sensory-based outdoor experiences designed to support emotional and physical well-being.
Families receive practical guidance and follow-up recommendations to continue progress at home.
