Program Overview
Sensory Seedlings is a free pilot program for children ages 3–5 that uses small-group nature-based occupational therapy to build regulation, coordination, and confidence.
Each session includes forest play, movement activities, and sensory experiences designed to support emotional and physical well-being in an outdoor setting.
Families receive practical guidance and follow-up recommendations to continue progress at home.
